As our Project Manager, you'll be the maestro of organization, communication, and problem-solving, guiding diverse teams toward successful project completion. You'll wear many hats, planning, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring every project lands on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign them to team members based on skills and expertise.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide clear instructions, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Proactively address challenges and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share learnings with the team.
- Stay up-to-date with project management best practices and methodologies.
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled negotiator and conflict resolution expert, able to manage diverse personalities and work styles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Odoo).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience within Nine Eleven Digital's specific industry (a plus, but not essential).
- Additional languages
- PMP certification or other relevant project management credentials.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
